We offer FREE SHIPPING on any purchases over $69 CAD and FREE LOCAL delivery on any purchases over $75 CAD. To qualify for free local delivery you must live 15km within the Downtown Vancouver area. All orders ship out within 24 hours Monday to Friday and same day delivery for local orders if orders are placed before 4PM PST time.
Canada Post shipping can take anywhere from 4 – 12 business days to arrive. For standard international shipping orders can take anywhere from 4 – 8 business days to arrive. If you need your package to come sooner, we also offer express delivery that will take 2 – 3 business days.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at info@teaseandplay.ca as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address it is your responsibility to cover the costs of re-shipping and we only offer store credit on purchases with incorrect address information. If you would like a store credit, you will not be reimbursed for the shipping fees.
